SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 23 –Three brothers went for medical check ups at The Rockefeller University in the 1970s and were fondled, they say, by Doctor Reginald Archibald. Now, they have sued.
On January 22 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Edgardo Ramos held an initial conference. Inner City Press covered it.
Archibald said he could make children taller - then measured their man (or boy) hood. Now Rockefeller University wants to dismiss part of the case.
Judge Ramos approved a case management plan in which expert depositions won't be finished until February 1... 2022.
The case is T.S. et al v. The Rockefeller University, 20-cv-8724 (Ramos)
