SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 23 – Masha Kahn worked at HSBC, authoring for example reports on Uber and Lyft.

She complained that members of her team faced discrimination and then was herself fired. She sued.

On January 22 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Fact discovery will run to July 23; a five to six day trial is anticipated.

The case is Kahn v. HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. et al., 20-cv-7117 (Liman)
