SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 13 – Harry Karten sued PNC Bank, National Association for, in essence, theft.
On July 7, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lorna G. Schofield held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Karten said that $500,000 of his funds were wired into PNC Bank account and never returned. Also involved: Valley National Bank.
Judge Schofield ordered that amended pleadings are due by September 1, 2022, and expert discovery is due by December 12.
The case is Karten v. PNC Bank, National Association, 22-cv-3200 (Schofield)
