SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 1 – Miguel Cespedes a/k/a Miguel Melao is charged with money laundering involving Colombia.
On December 1, Judge Gregory H. Woods held a proceeding in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, which Inner City Press covers.
Cespedes is in custody. Judge Woods ordered discovery produced, and set another status conference for February 27.
