SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 11 – August Image LLC sued Chinese Media Net, Inc. for copyright violations.
On December 10, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Ronnie Abrams held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Chinese Media Net, typically, never showed up. Judge Abrams granted August Image's motion for default judgment, for $30,000.
The case is August Image LCC v. Duowei News, Inc. et al., 20-cv-7306 (Abrams)
