SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 21 – Brevet Holdings sued Paul Iacovacci in New York State court for unfair competition and an alleged violation of the Lanham Act 43(a)(1)(B), False Advertising. Then the case was removed to Federal court.

On February 19, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge William H. Pauley III held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The Lanham Act claim had been withdrawn, and with it, Federal jurisdiction.

So Judge Pauley granted Brevet's motion to remand the case to NYS court.

The case is Brevet Holdings, LLC et al v. Enascor, LLC et al., 21-cv-516 Pauley)
