SDNY Exclusive, Feb 16 – Kyle White was presented and ordered released on February 15 for running - twice - a Telegram service named "The Ho Zone."
In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court, Inner City Press was the only media present. Exclusive thread:

And the Part 1 Judge reversed and ordered White to remain in detention. The case is still sealed, so there was no notice. But a participant has informed Inner City Press of the result.
