Trucker Arrested with Guns and CSAM Videos Is Ordered Free on Bond US Says Might Appeal by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 2 – A trucker charged with having 300 CSAM videos, guns and ammunition in his truck was ordered freed on non-secured bon on September 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court. Inner City Press was there, the only media in the SDNY Mag Court.   He had a privately retained (paid) lawyer, who said the guns are legal, purchased with licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He implied the arrest was based on sexual behavior, not crime. He wants back some $3800 in currency seized.    The AUSA said it is considering appealing, presumably to the Part 1 Judge.    The case is USA v.
