In Sean Combs Jury Selection Pool Drops to 43 But Peremptories Now Monday Before Opening

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 9 – At 4:30 pm on September 16 Inner City Press was told by its SDNY source to expect "the big one" - Sean Combs - the next day in an SDNY courtroom.

  Sitting in the courtroom, Inner City Press noted the presence of Mark Geragos. On the early morning of May 6, before 7 am, the US Attorney's Office wrote in that "the defense team appeared to consult with Mark Geragos,letter on Patreon here.

On May 7, with peremptory challenged to finalize things set for Friday, the pool of jurors not excluded for cause reached 45, including a UN official

But on May 9, Judge Subramanian switched it to Monday, saying some more might drop out. Two more were excluded: 295 for an undocketed email about personal safety, apparently, and 145 for not disclosing suing NYC. But the Legal Aid juror 131 remains in, amid evidentiary rulings - thread
