SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 29 – Ivan Lopez sued Sal's Pizzeria of 3167 Bainbridge Avenue in The Bronx for failure to pay minimum wage.

On December 29, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Andrew L. Carter held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The pizzeria has asked Judge Carter to dismiss the case sua sponte. Judge Carter replied that the defendants can file objections to the pre-trial order, or their own pre-trial order.

The case is Lopez v. MNAF Pizzeria, Inc. et al., 18-cv-6033 (Carter)
