SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 2 – Kirsi Cruz sued Victoria's Secret for discrimination based on gender and/or pregnancy.

Cruz filed in New York State court, but Victoria's Secret on December 31 removed the case to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, in the docket of which Inner City Press found it.

Porzio Bromberg, in the Corporate Disclosure Statement it filed, said Victoria's Secret is a subsidiary of Intimate Brands, which is owned by L Brands, Inc. which is a publicly traded corporation.

Its Asif Ranginwala recounts in a declaration that L Brands' principal place of business is Columbus, Ohio. There is no mention of Leslie Wexner.

The case is Cruz v. Victoria's Secret Stores, Inc., et al., 20-cv-11101 (Unassigned)
