Delay in Bid to Collect from Giuliani Must End SDNY Judge Said Andrew Deposition by Nov 1

And on October 8, a motion to intervene by Andrew Giuliani: "Amongst that property are '3 Yankee World Series Rings.' However, the Mayor gifted those World Series rings to his son, Andrew, in 2018. An order requiring transfer of these rings to Plaintiffs would permanently deprive Andrew of his ownership in them. He thus seeks permission to intervene." Full filing on Patreon here.

On October 9, Judge Liman granted intervention conditioned on a deposition by November 1: "ORDER GRANTING INTERVENOR STATUS TO ANDREW H. GIULIANI granting [45] Motion to Intervene. IT IS on this 9 day of October, 2024, ORDERED as follows: Intervenor-Applicant Defendant Andrew H. Giulianis Motion to Intervene is hereby GRANTED... on the condition that intervenor be prepared and available to subject himself to deposition on or before November 1, 2024, and to produce any requested documents in advance of that date..
