Wolf of Airbnb Pled Guilty now Gets 51 Months After Declines to Speak at Sentencing

SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 22 – The self proclaimed Wolf of Airbnb Konrad Bicher pled guilty on June 26, to a deal of 46 to 57 months and nearly $2 million in both forfeiture and restitution.
 
  The change of plea was before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave.

On January 18, 2024, the US Attorney's Office wrote in and asked for a sentence of 51 months.

On July 22, Inner City Press was in the courtroom, thread:

Defense: This story took on a life of its own. Some landlords were complicit-

Judge: How is that mitigating?

Defense: The landlords did not have clean hands

Bicher declines to speak.

Judge: You bragged to the press about your exploits. My fear is that there is no real remorse here. I sentence you to 51 months
