So, the repeated putting off of the Presentence Report, because Konstanin's cooperation had more to go, is over. Surmised: DOJ has given up on finding Ruja Ignatova...
Back on September 12, 2023 Judge Ramos sentenced co-founder Sebastian Greenwood to twenty years in prison.
On October 10, Inner City Press filed Notice of Appeal of the sealing of all of Greenwood's letters, and is still seeking pro bono counsel for the appeal.
