SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 16 – In Ruby Freeman's and Wandrea' Moss' ongoing attempt to collect from Rudy Giuliani, trial was to begin at 9 am on January 16. Inner City Press was there - but Giuliani was not. The case settled in the early afternoon.
In the courtroom of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman, the plaintiffs' lawyer hugged Giulani's counsel, and shook hands with Andrew Giuliani.
