In SDNY BitMEX Case Request For Loosened Travel Restrictions Previewed

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 9 –  Arthur Hayes, Samuel Reed and others are defendants in a money laundering / Bitcoin case.  

     On February 9, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.   

 The case is about BitMEX, which allegedly had no AML program.

The case is continuing, but it was said the Reed and perhaps other defendants may request loosening of travel restrictions.

The case is US v. Hayes, et al., 20-cr-500 (Koeltl)
