He didn't provide that explanation, nor answer Inner City Press' questions about his next move, either replacing the Turkish chief of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) or become another tool in Qatar's Doha warehouse, as an advisor to the royal family about Africa. Now without explanation he is gone.
