SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 11 –   Tennis player Tara Moore, challenging a final arbitration order in favor of the WTA Tour, filed a lawsuit on February 12 in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, where Inner City Press found it.

Moore's counsel writes that "Moore, a world-class athlete, reasonably consumed local food and subsequently tested positive for steriods commonly used in Colombian cattle."

By contrast, the complaint goes on, the WTA gave players a warning about food in Guadalajara, Mexico.    She is asking for $20 million.

The case is Moore v. WTA Tour, Inc., 1:26-cv-1189 (Unassigned)
