In Blake Lively Baldoni Case 6 Hr Settlement Conference Held in SDNY

On December 9, "Trial in the Lively Action is adjourned to May 18, 2026. Also, case (and Abel case) referred to Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave for settlement purposes.

On February 11, a six hour settlement conference on the 14th floor of SDNY, after which Inner City Press live streamed the exit, then this was docketed: "proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave: In Person Settlement Conference held on 2/11/2026. Attorneys Esra A. Hudson, Michael J. Gottlieb, and Lindsey M. Strasberg appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Attorneys Bryan Freedman, Ellyn S. Garofalo, Summer Benson, Mitchell Schuster, Alexandra Shapiro, Jonathan Bach, Mitra Ahouraian, and Stuart Liner appeared on behalf of Defendants. Plaintiff Blake Lively and Defendants Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel also attended the conference."
