In Corrupt UN of Guterres UNHCR Sattler and Workday Sleaze Raised to & by Inner City Press

SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 26 – How corrupt is today's UN under Antonio Guterres? Well, just as Guterres ignored whistleblowers' complaints through Inner City Press about UNFPA Kanem, now more on UNHCR:

Dear Mr. Lee,  We have reviewed your article regarding the toxic work environment at the Global Learning and Development Centre at UNHCR in Budapest, Hungary. We feel compelled to bring another issue to your attention that merits public scrutiny, particularly given that internal authorities at UNHCR have seemingly failed to address it adequately.

Several months ago, a group of employees submitted a formal request to the IGO to investigate the relationship between Catty Bennet Sattler and Workday. Over the past four years, the HR Director has devoted a significant portion of her time to promoting her relationship with this company among various international organizations.

Her participation in multiple Workday-sponsored meetings worldwide, numerous social media posts featuring her as a prominent speaker, and the prominent display of her image in posters and photographs at conferences suggest a concerning level of engagement. We believe this behavior crosses ethical boundaries, as the HR Director appears to be prioritizing her recognition as a Workday ambassador within the UN System over her professional responsibilities. This is particularly troubling in light of the dire conditions at UNHCR in Budapest.

On the morning of June 26 Inner City Press sent the above question to 30 UN spokespeople, and Guterres. Nothing. 12 hours later, we publish - with more to follow. Watch this site.
