Turkish Military Products Company MKE Is Denied Lanham Act Preliminary Injunction

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 16 –   A leading provider of "military products" in Turkey, Makina Ve Kimya Endustrisi A.S sued A.S.A.P. Logistics LTD under the Lanham Act. 

 On September 23, 2022, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

  Judge Gardephe denied the plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction. A schedule had been set, with fact discovery to be finished by December 16. An affidavit of service was filed on October 3.

The case is Makina Ve Kimya Endustrisi A.S v. A.S.A.P. Logistics LTD et al., 22-cv-3933 (Gardephe)
