SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 13 – Darryl Lamoor Thomas, under Supervised Release, on July 13 said "SDNY has not business talking to my doctors."
He is under Supervised Release, and Probation complained that he will not show documents nor provide details about his mental health treatment.
Should he have to?
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Valerie E. Caproni advised Thomas that while he is under supervision, it is all Probation's business.
She set another telephone hearing for Thursday, July 16.
Inner City Press covered this one, and will cover the next. What are the medical privacy rights of supervisees?
This case is US v. Thomas, 19-cr-615 (Caproni)
