SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 13 – Baring Industries sued 3 Bryant Park Owners LLC; the latter moved to dismiss.
On July 13 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
At issue are improvements a 3 BP tenant, Dadong Catering LLC, made to the premises, including fridges and ranges and hoods.
Judge Koeltl listened to argument then read a written order, that the motion to dismiss was only partial granted and the case will go forward.
