And on October 8, a motion to intervene by Andrew Giuliani: "Amongst that property are '3 Yankee World Series Rings.' However, the Mayor gifted those World Series rings to his son." Filing on Patreon here.
On October 22 Judge Liman wrote that Giuliani is "ordered under C.P.L.R. 5225 to transfer all personal property specified in the list below at pp. 16-18" - full list on Patreon here.
On Sunday October 27, Giuliani's lawyer filed opposition, noting that "between February 8, 2024, and August 8, 2024, Defendant was in Palm Beach for the plurality of the time (71 days, approximately 39% of the time period)" Letter on Patreon here
On November 4 the plaintiffs' wrote in complaining among other things that the NY co-op is been emptied, and Giuliani does not remember where the shares of the co-op are - plaintiffs' letter, and Giuliani's counsel emails, on Patreon here
On November 6, Giuliani's lawyer wrote in that "Plaintiffs contend that the apartment was “substantially empty[]” when they arrived last week. ECF 81 at 1. Full letter on Patreon here
On November 7 Inner City Press live tweeted the proceeding, complete with Judge Liman previewing possible contempt sanctions, and setting a deadline on November 11, Veteran Day. Thread here. Afterward, Giuliani outside the courthouse called Tuesday's election a verdict that this is lawfare. Caruso in court said that for plaintiffs / counsel, this is not a case but a cause.
