SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 21 – Vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli sued ESquared Hospitality after a soured business relationship.
On January 21, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Jesse M. Furman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
It has been a long running case, now down to issues of attorney's fees and a bankruptcy proceeding in the Delaware Federal Court , which the defendants say has exclusive jurisdiction to determine what constitutes "property of the estate."
The case is Coscarelli et al v. Esquared Hospitality LLC et al., 18-cv-5943 (Furman)
