FEDERAL COURT, Jan 25 – Anthime Gionet, as known as Baked Alaska, was arrested in Houston on his way back from the January 6 US Capitol incursion. On January 25, he was before District Court for the District of Columbia Magistrate Judge G. Michael Harvey. Inner City Press live tweeted it, here:
Baked Alaska is 33. He has retained / paid counsel.
Judge Harvey says Pro Hac Vice is granted, some more info requested.
US statement of facts says, " Anthime Gionet, aka “Baked Alaska” entered the US Capitol without authorization. 27-minute long livestream on “DLive”
AUSA: We are not seeking detention. He has a warrant in Arizona; we want monitoring.
Judge Harvey: GPS? Or more?
AUSA: GPS to enforce the travel ban.

US: Baked Alaska "remarks to the law enforcement officer, “You’re a f*cking oath-breaker you piece of shit,” “f*ck you” approximately four times, and, “you broke your oath to the constitution.” The defendant exits the Capitol at the 26:55 mark on YouTube video.
Baked Alaska, like others, gets March 29 next day. Unlike most others, he has GPS due to previously warrant, and will be supervised in District of Arizona.
