SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 25 – Omarosa Marigault on June 10 filed seeking to intervene in a Federal lawsuit challenging the Trump campaign's Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Into the docket in Denson v. Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. at 3:51 pm on June 10 went a series of motions, memo of law and affidavit, found there by Inner City Press.

The overall case is assigned to U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York Judge Paul G. Gardephe.

Omarosa quotes Trump campaign official Alex Cannon as recognizing the nullity of the NDAs, but not in her case. So she asked to intervene.

On June 11, this: "ORDER: Plaintiff Jessica Denson and Defendant Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. are directed to respond to Plaintiff-Intervenor Omarosa Manigault Newman's Motion to Intervene (Dkt. No. 66) by June 25, 2021. Plaintiff-Intervenor Newman will submit any reply by July 2, 2021. (Signed by Judge Paul G. Gardephe on 6/11/2021) (nb)."

Now on June 25, the Trump Campaign has filed opposition to Omarosa's motion to interview, arguing among other things that "she is required to arbitrate any claims."

Inner City Press will follow Judge Gardephe's decision. The case is Denson v. Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., 20-cv-4737 (Gardephe).
