SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 23 – Nevada based RocketFuel Blockchain Company sued Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP for failing to push forward patent applications.
On January 21, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Valerie E. Caproni held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
The parties said they are near to working it out. Judge Caproni told them to submit a joint status report by March 25, unless they settle or end mediation by then.
The case is RocketFuel Blockchain Company v. Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, 21-cv-1764 (Caproni)
