SDNY COURTHOUSE, Aug 4 – A Senegalese man being detained in the ICE's Processing and Holding Room in 26 Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan is accused of grabbing a pair of scissors and attaching an ICE security guard.
On July 23 he was presented in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court, which Inner City Press closely covers.
The complaint states than an HIS Special Agent had to defend himself from the scissor attack with a milk crates.
This comes after an attack on an off-duty Federal law enforcement officer for which Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez and Christhian Aybar-Berroa, it was said, are going to be prosecuted in SDNY.
On August 4, Ndiaye was indicted for assaulting an Employee of the US and the case wheeled out to Judge Richard M. Berman.
This scissors case is now USA v. Ndiaye, 1:25-cr-349 (Berman)
