On June 5 Combs' lawyer Nicole Westermoreland crossed Bana Bongolan until she contrasted Combs in the Trump International hotel in NY on September 26, when Bongolan said she was dangled off the balcony. (Later the US said it was September 30, by screenshot). At the break, Judge Subramanian admonished Agnifilo to stop Combs from nodding at jurors or he might be removed from the courtroom.
