In Sean Combs Trial Defense Says Statute Unconstitutional After Rests Case with Sexts

On June 24 Combs' Geragos crossed Agent Cerciello and played videos, then Alexandra Shapiro made a Rule 29 motion previewing summation - and appeal? In the evening she submitted a 12 page letter about the charge, including that "Section 1591(d) violates both the First and Fifth Amendments as written... one of the government’s potential witnesses for this trial, Gina Huynh, voluntarily decided against testifying or pressing charges against Mr. Combs.
