SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 6 – Givaudan SA sued Conagen Inc. in 2018 seeking among other things the return of a $10 million advance paid under an agreement between the two.
On June 6, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl began an in-person bench trial in the case. Inner City Press went and covered it.
The witness was asked about DX 12, described in the docket at the Common Stock Purchase Agreement and labeled "Confidential."
Reference was made to confidentiality for a Mr. You, apparently Holly You reference in DX 14.
The case is Givaudan SA v. Conagen Inc., 18-cv-3588 (Koeltl)
