This follows Guterres retaliating against staff who complain about his weakness on human rights, his censorship of critical Press, and his waste of public money.

Guterres has had Inner City Press thrown out of the UN; his Melissa Fleming won't answer the Quinn Emanuel law firm's pro bono letter for a dialogue for reaccreditation, his spokesman Stephane Dujarric answers none of Inner City Press' written questions.

From within the MINUSTAH Mission in Haiti, this: "Hi Matthew, hope everything is well with you. Thank you for being the light of the truth for us, UN staffers in the field! We are truly appalled that nobody is talking about the kidnapping of a UN staff member, international, Security Officer in Haiti - Oliver Mfukululu Kwakele. The kidnappers are asking for [voluntarily redacted] and the negotiator flew in from Colombia, although it took him 3 days. SRSG first said she would negotiate, then they asked for a professional negotiator. Oliver is still being held. I don't know why nobody is talking about it."
