SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 19 –   Que Onda Beverage, Inc. sued The Alixir Company  for allegedly disrupting its business in tequila seltzer under its ONDA logo by spurious claims.

On March 17, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff held a proceeding.

Inner City Press covered it. Que Onda essentially had a declaratory judgment or "final determination that [it] has not infringed any of Defendant's alleged trade dress."

Judge Rakoff set a final pre-trial conference for August 8 at 4 pm.

The case is Que Onda Beverage, Inc. v. The Alixir Company, 21-cv-10738 (Rakoff)
