his wheelchair, this time with Marc Agnifilo, Teny Geragos
and Jacob Kaplan as his lawyers, as opening arguments
began before NYS Justice Curtis Farber on April 21. Inner
City Press was there and live tweeted. So too on April 30,

March 20, 2013, were you dating anyone? Jessica Mann: I
may have been going on some dates. Justice: Other than Mr.
Weinstein? Mann: It was like, open. I don't know. Justice
Farber: Thank you. You may go back to the witness room.

Marc Agnifilo: She wasn't with anyone else. She felt bad
about being with a married man. ADA: She wouldn't
say who this was about. She was communicating with other
people. Justice Farber: She is referencing Mr.
