SDNY MAG EXCLUSIVE, Nov 4 – An NYPD officer had been indicted and charged with assisting a drug trafficking enterprise from 2020 to November 2023. Andrew Nguyen was presented on November 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court, which Inner City Press closely covers.
The indictment has photographs of NYPD Property Clerk invoices that Nguyen used, text messages about an attempt by Nguyen to deliver five kilograms of cocaine for "CC-1."
Nguyen was terminated from NYPD "for misconduct unrelated to his involvement in CC-1's drug enterprise." Indictment on Patreon here
