   It begins: "In the Trump Trial what was supposed to be the last morning of the prosecution case ended with a fight whether C-SPAN footage of Trump with his bodyguard Keith Schiller on the evening of October 24, 2016 was relevant and if so, if it was hearsay.  

   "Justice Merchan ruled that it's relevant, and said he would return from the hastily called lunch break with his views on hearsay and its exception. Would the prosecution have to arrange to fly back in their C-SPAN witness from Ohio?"
