FBI CHS Witness "Aaron": I'm not sure. AUSA: Here? Scrambling over the snow fencing? Witness: Yes that's him.
AUSA: There were hundreds of people coming behind you, correct? Witness: Yes.

AUSA: That's you marching? Witness: Walking. AUSA: Let's go to 4:22, please, just for the witness. Apologies to Ms. Harris.
AUSA: Play it without the sound... You are walking with some purpose, aren't you? Witness: I wouldn't call it purpose. That vest is heavy too.
AUSA: You felt powerful, like on December 12, with all those Proud Boys with you? Witness: Those weren't my thoughts

WItness: I'm a little unclear -- AUSA: You're under cross examination. I'll ask the questions. Do you see people throwing barricades? Witness: Yes. AUSA: Do you see the man with the American flag bandana? Witness: No.
ASUA: You see this fellow on the right with the orange tape - what's that? Witness: It was to signify that we were one of the non aggressors. We thought Antifa would infiltrate.
AUSA: Regarding that black fence, you volunteered to the FBI you grabbed it?
Defense: Objection!
Judge Timothy Kelly: Overruled. Witness: I told them I pulled the barricade back the way it had been
AUSA: You were not trying to de-escalate, were you? Witness: I thought it wouldn't go any further. AUSA: That's you, pumping your fist? Witness: It was like a circus.

Earlier, Aaron was asked about a selfie he took with Tarrio and said, he was a public figure, like a movie star, that he'd have taken a selfie with Jeffrey Dahmer, too.
