SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 5 – Leonid Falberg sued Goldman Sachs for breaching its fiduciary duty under ERISA and engaging in illegal self-dealing.

On April 5, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Edgardo Ramos held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Goldman Sachs, which has gotten many of the filings in the case sealed, wants to force many of the co-plaintiffs into arbitration.

Judge Ramos has given Goldman until April 8 to file its motion to compel arbitration; responses are due April 29.

The case is Felberg v. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., et al., 19-cv-9910 (Ramos)
