On Sri Lanka UN Guterres Used FP To Lie While Banning Press Now Called Out From Colombo

By Matthew Russell Lee, video
UN GATE, Sept 26 -- After covering the UN's failure on Sri Lanka, from the bloodbath on the beach through accepting Shavendra Silva as a UN Peacekeeping adviser, Inner City Press was roughed up and banned by Secretary General Antonio Guterres. FP said nothing.
In February 2019 when Silva became Army Chief of Staff, Inner City Press puts in among its written questions to Spokesman Stephane Dujarric a question on this. Despite Dujarric's on camera promise to answer Inner City Press' written questions, no answer.
In August when Silva was further promoted, Inner City Press asked again and again in writing, including to Guterres new chief of "Global Communications" Melissa Fleming. No answer; Fleming banned Inner City Press from the UNGA week.
Now Dujarric's office has handed a claim, quite possibly not true, to his teacher's pet FP, long time correspondent Colum Lynch and DC-based Robbie Gramer. Neither ever wrote a word about Guterres using UN Security to physically rough up Inner City Press and ban it 450 days since. They call this a scoop, when it is just spoon feeding for those who want to feel good about the UN.
On the morning of September 26, while simultaneous covering the SDNY Federal court where CEFC China Energy, financially linked to UNSG Guterres was convicted of UN bribery, Inner City Press asked Guterres, his spokesmen Stephane Dujarric and Farhan Haq and Melissa Fleming questions including "September 26-2: On Sri Lanka, please immediately explain why your Office refused to answer weeks of questions from Inner City Press about the impact of Shavendra Silva being made head of army (despite Dujarric on camera promise, and Smale's written promise, to answer ICP's questions) then handed the answer to FP and how that doesn't make FP the UN's teacher's pet? Is the belated decision even true?"
No answer. Now this: "What is known about the suspension suggests currently deployed Sri Lankan peacekeeping units will remain in place until their tour ends but then be replaced by soldiers from another country. However, the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations appears to be adding a proviso that it might override the suspension if it exposed UN operations to serious operational risk.   “We will be looking for more clarity from the United Nations on what this means; the reputational risk to the Department of Peacekeeping Operations would be enormous if it tries to fudge this important human rights issue.  If you are going to talk about a ‘zero tolerance policy’ it has to be zero and it has to be done with conviction,” said ITJP’s Executive Director, Yasmin Sooka."
So it might not even be true, as the government in Colombo is bragging. The UN is corrupt and censoring joke with its own sold-out chorus under Guterres. And what about the other compliant media that reported the UN's pseudo heroic lie? More on this to come.
The United Nations under Antonio Guterres is so corrupt that it not only accepts "peacekeepers" from the Sri Lanka army run by war criminal Shavendra Silva - it's had as as official of UN Security run by Gilles Michaud a man links to earlier crimes in Sri Lanka where Tamils were killed in the Madhu church: Parkrama Sriwardana. This while Guterres bloviates about protecting houses of worship. He is a hypocrite and a censor of the Press which asks him questions, including this one.
Guterres' head of UN Security in Jordan is a man who conducted assassinations, perhaps even of Rafic Hariri, for Michel Aoun of Lebanon.
The UN Security official's name is Antoine Abi Samra; he was a military officer under Aoun. He has been promoted and protected by one Igor Mitrokhin in the UN Department of Safety and Security, ostensibly run by Gilles Michaud. It is an outrage.
Inner City Press first asked Guterres and his spokesman Stephane Dujarric about Mitrokhin in connection with South Sudan, based on complaints it received from whistleblowers in the UN mission there, UNMISS.
With Dujarric and Guterres and his head of communications Melissa Fleming refusing to answer banned Inner City Press' written question, it nevertheless asked then reported why "Igor Mitrokhin of UNDSS from Russia is pushing David Shearer, SRSG of UNMISS and Principal Security Advisor, Graeme to take Nikolay Kovalev of Russia at all cost disregarding all rules."
Now as the first in a series about the decay and corruption of UN Security under Guterres and Michaud Inner City Press is today reporting that this same Mitrokhin as one of the many war criminals he has promoted in the UN got Abi Samra the job in Jordan.
Not only does this constitute Guterres' UN ghoulish providing safe haven for war criminals, as it has also done regarding Sri Lanka and Cameroon - in Jordan, Abi Samra using public money to pay a DSS employee to do nothing more than tutor his own son.
Sources working in Lebanon link "Tony" Abi Samra to the assassination of Rafic Harriri and more, and ask Inner City Press how the UN didn't even check its own records. These is the corruption of Guterres, who bans the Press which asks. We'll have more on this.
Past 4 pm on Friday, August 30 the UN issued a denial of accreditation with no reasoning other than that accreditation had previously been revoked:
"From:  malu at un dot org
Date: Fri, Aug 30, 2019 at 4:23 PM
Subject: U.N. eAccreditation request for Matthew Lee Ref # M5413398 has been declined
To: Inner City Press:
Greetings Matthew Lee from Inner City Press,  Your media accreditation request, with reference no: M5413398, has been declined for the following reason: Media accreditation was withdrawn on 17 August 2018."

This is Kafka-esque, and corrupt. We will have more, much more, on this.

In SDNY A Tale Of Two Rappers As Emo Michael Jones Faces 20 Years But 6ix9ine Time Served Or 47

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon, Periscope
SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 26 – When SoundCloud emo rapper Michael Jones was brought in shackled to observe his motion for reconsideration denied by Judge John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on September 26, he had face tattoo as does Tekashi 6ix9ine.
But there was no media except Inner City Press in the gallery. And the government was not offering any 5K1 cooperator's letter much less time served. Jones faces 20 years to life.
The difference is not only in their music. Michael Jones has no one to testify against. So he has no leverage. Even Tekashi's driver Jorge Rivera is getting a 5K1 letter. Not Jones.
On September 26 the motion to reconsider was denied by Judge Koeltl, who had just turned on the white noise to prevent Inner City Press from hearing about yet another cooperator, story on that soon. Inner City Press will have more on all these cases. For now more on Patreon here.
Back on August 5, Jones' lawyer Justin Bonus attacked the autopsy information presented to the grand jury, and inducements offered by the government to witnesses at the impending trial for the death of Diana Haikova just after the funeral of more prominent emo rapper Lil Peep.
On September 4 the scene was quiet different. It was only Jones and Bonus, two prosecutors, and three supporters of Haikova who after the proceeding walked with the prosecutors toward the US Attorney's Office.

Bonus was asking about the Grand Jury process that led to a superseding indictment of his client. Woah, Judge Koeltl said, never do that - meaning, it seemed, imply that he didn't take the Grand Jury's secret role in the criminal justice system seriously.
Judge Koeltl had set the trial for October 9 but was informed by the prosecution that falls on Yom Kippur. He moved it to October 10, after his Deputy Mr. Fletcher confirmed with the SDNY Jury Office that a jury can be picked on a Thursday. Judge Koeltl said he will probably sit, then, that Friday. There is a defense expert witness only available on October 14.
This prosecution contrasts with the 27 month plea deal struck by the same office with a Rockland County man who distributed heroin / fentanyl known to him to be deadly to Lauren McKenna. In that now closed case, attention shifts to the Washington Heights dealer who sold the "King Death" heroin. Here, Michael Jones faces years and years. Are the prosecutors more in touch with this victim's family than in the Rockland County case? Watch this site.
Now the trial, set for September 9, is being postponed. Jones' lawyer Bonus wrote: " Dear Honorable Koetl: This office represents Michael Jones, who is the Defendant in the above-referenced action. I respectfully write the Court to advise it of a scheduling conflict with the medical examiner, Dr. Zhanna Georgievskaya, a material witness in this case. In the Government’s March 18, 2019 expert disclosure and July 10, 2019 response to Michael Jones’ pretrial motion, the Government indicated that it anticipated calling Dr. Zhanna Georgievskaya as a witness, as she is the medical examiner that conducted the autopsy. After speaking with Dr. Georgievskaya today, she indicated that she was on family leave and unavailable between September 9, 2019 and October 11, 2019. Dr. Georgievskaya is a critical witness for the defense, as she supports the defense’s theory that Diana Haikova died of acute intoxication. As such, I respectfully request that the Court adjourn the trial until the doctor is available or grant whatever remedy the Court deems appropriate." For reply, see Patreon here.
Judge Koeltl, who sealed the presentment of a John Doe detainee with an Arabic interpreter, has not responded to opposion to such secrecy and is apparently away. In his stead the Part I judge granted Jones' motion and pushed the trial back a month: "MEMO ENDORSEMENT as to Michael Jones (1) on [43] FIRST LETTER MOTION addressed to Judge John G. Koeltl from Justin C Bonus dated 08/15/2019 re: Continuance based upon Scheduling Conflict. In response to the defendant's letter dated August 15, 2019 (Dkt. No. 43) and the Government's letter dated August 15, 2019 (Dkt. No. 45), the request for a continuance of the trial is granted. The trial will begin on October 9, 2019 at 9:00 AM. New dates for motions in limine, requests to charge, and voir dire submissions will be set at the pre-trial conference on September 4, 2019 at 3:00 PM. (Signed by Judge Jed S. Rakoff on 8/16/2019)."
Back on August 5 when Bonus said, He's never been arrested, a man in the gallery said loudly, "Never!" Later from the supporters section, this line: "Netflix should be here!" But they weren't. Just Inner City Press and perhaps one other journalist. Jones' genre was dubbed Goth Boi Clique; his online name is, or was, realnewjerzeydevil. Judge Koeltl shot down each and every motion.  The case is US v. Michael Jones, 18-cr-662 (JGK) and Inner City Press will continue to follow it, watch this site. More on Patreon here.
In the Tekashi6ix9ine case across Pearl Street in 40 Foley Square, when Fuguan Lovick appeared in court shackled on May 9 to plea guilty in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods case best known for the involvement of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine a/k/a Daniel Hernandez, it began as a routine allocution.  Then Lovick implied, at least temporarily, that it was self defense. See below.
On June 17, co-defendant Kintea McKenzie was granted his request to remain in New York City in a Bureau of Prisons facility until his sentencing, instead of being "farmed out." The filing: "ORDER as to Kintea McKenzie: On the application of LISA SCOLARI, attorney for KINTEA MCKENZIE and without objection from the government, IS HEREBY recommended that the United States Marshal Service and the Bureau of Prisons house Kintea McKenzie (AKA McKenzie Kintea) 86587-054 in a BOP facility in New York City until he is sentenced. (Signed by Judge Paul A. Engelmayer on 6/17/2019)."
On June 11 counsel for another co defendant who has pled guilty, Kifano Jordan, has asked to adjourn his sentencing from July 10 for eight weeks until September 6. The reasons given by defense attorney Jeffrey Lichtman are that "it is taking longer than we had anticipated to locate and retrieve certain records concerning the defendant's personal history and characteristics (see 18 U.S.C. Section 3553(a)(1)) as well as certain financial records, which we believe will be relevant at sentencing."
On June 10 when Aljermiah Mack appeared before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer in shackles, Lichtman and his associate were in the audience - and Engelmayer demanded twice that they stop speaking. He asked, Who are you? Then he added that they practice in this court. Call it it off day.
With a September 4 trial date, Assistant US Attorney Michael Longyear said that only Mack and two others have not pled guilty, and that one of those two is on the verge. So will Tekashi6ix9ine not have to testify?
Mack's lawyer Louis Fasulo said his client is eager for a speedy resolution; he will begin reviewing discovery immediately. The government seized two of Mack's phones when he was arrested on June 6; they are seeking search warrants for those and his Instagram account. The whole proceeding had the feeling of a very genteel push to plead guilty. We'll have more on this.

Back on May 9 when Lovick, also known as Fu Banga, offered his own description of what he did on April 21, 2018 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Judge Engelmayer did not accept it.
Lovick said that outside the door of a boxer, a group ran at him; he drew a gun and fired it into the air to make them step back.
Judge Engelmayer said this allocution wouldn't do, with its implication of self defense and failure to mention the Nine Trey Gangsta Blood organization. He urged Lovick, still in chains, to spend ten minutes with his defense lawyer Jeffrey G. Pittell to discuss a prepared allocation which would jibe with counts six and seven of the superseding indictment to which he was ostensibly pleading guilty.
Pittell, with whom Inner City Press spoke just outside the courtroom, had previously filed a motion to suppress and to dismiss. He had an interesting argument that the New York State crime of menacing - trying to cause the fear of bodily harm - would not fit even the superseding lesser included charge to which Lovick was pleading guilty. Pittell told Inner City Press this is an issue of first impression.
But as Judge Engelmayer put it when after two breaks he accepted Lovick's guilty plea, lawyers can always make arguments but it was his view that there was no real claim of self-defense in this case. Pittell referred to a video of the incident but Judge Engelmayer said he had not seen it. Venue was also questioned; that too was smoothed over.

As more and more of the initial defendants in the overall USA v. Jones / Tekashi 6ix 9ine case plead guilty, to some the remaining question is the pleading-out of the defendant(s) who are NOT affiliated with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Inner City Press will continue to cover this case. For now, a bit more on Patreon, here.

In SDNY Tekashi 6ix9ine Trial Closes With Accusation Of Faked Car Jacking 5 Day Break

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon, AudioThe Source - XXL - The Root - Vibe, etc
SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 26 – In the case of US against Aljermiah Mack and Anthony Ellison, after having for three days used the testimony of Daniel Hernandez / Tekashi 6ix9ine, the government told the jury to believe him because he would be insane to lie: it could get him the mandatory minimum of 47 years.
Ellison's lawyer Deveraux Cannick, in his closing argument, repeated that 6ix9ine was trying to promote his song with Nicki Minaj when he faked the car jack and robbery. Why didn't he call Sara, Cannick asked, and say that he'd been robbed?
In rebuttal, AUSA Longyear did not address this argument. The jury will wait five days to return and be charge and begin deliberating. More on Patreon here.
Here's the beginning of who it went on September 26:  "AUSA Warren starts with Gov Exhibit of Harv Ellison saying "they don't want war with Billy, we big behind the wall. They just NYC. Billy, we worldwide." US Attorney's point: Nine Trey is a conspiracy
AUSA Warren quotes Harv Ellison telling #6ix9ine "not to be a poseur" (Warren's words), not to choose when the f*ck to show up Inner City Press @innercitypress · 6h AUSA Warren tells jury, "Look at what Ellison does not say. He does not say, 'What do you mean? I am not a gangster. What do you mean, "Blood"?'"   Yeah, he didn't say that.
AUSA Warren quotes Ellison that "you can't pick and choose when to be a gangster," says he's guilty of Count 1. Turns to October slashing of the witness who had a compulsion order to testify yesterday but in the end wasn't called  Note: there is a photo of the slashed face in evidence; Inner City Press has not published it out of respect. (Also, would non-responsive Twitter call it impermissible content even though it's evidence in a Federal trial? Questions, questions)
AUSA Warren: Harv was going to see Ms. Ramirez on at the Ludlow Street hotel the night of the slashing, but that all hell broke loose in and around Smurf Village. Harv drove from the West Side to Brooklyn, sending video from Battery Tunnel...
Now yesterday's cell site records are coming in - showing Harv on the move to Brooklyn. "Remember Ms. Ramirez testified that on Fulton and Utica she met Mr. Ellison and his friends" - and that he left her with them. AUSA: "That is frantic behavior."
Now AUSA Warren turns to "robbery and kidnapping of Daniel Hernandez," Tekashi #6ix9ine. He says it was NOT staged.
Now US Attorney is playing audio that driver Jorge Rivera, cooperating with government after picked up on immigration charges, recorded of Shotti telling #6ix9ine, we got to kill somebody, I drive around with a semi-automatic rifle
In the recording (by Jorge Rivera), Shotti says he shot five people in one night for Mel Murda. Shotti: "I earned my stripes."
AUSA Warren asks jury if they think #6ix9ine's career would be helped by being seen beaten up and chain stolen. Shows photo of his swollen face. AUSA Warren tells jury, Remember that the driver Jorge Rivera was also robbed. He had a gun pointed at his head and they took his cell phone.
AUSA Warren quotes Mr. Ramirez that Harv bragged to her that he still had some of #6ix9ine's chains, months after the robbery.
Warren quotes Nuke Mack that you gotta either be the shooting or the grinder, selling drugs, you can't be both at once. Division of labor.
Government shows video Nuke Mack uploaded to Instagram of robbing and yelling "Trey Way for real." Notes he was wearing the same green polo and cap as in the exhibit photo.  It had to happen: AUSA Warren brings up #6ix9ine's selfie with Mister Met, when they got the call that Ro had been robbed
US Attorney playing more recorded calls between Mack and Kristian Cruz, saying they shouldn't have given Shotti drugs on consignment, you gotta be a shooter or a grinder, you can't be both, you f*ck it up for the next man
AUSA Warren mocks defense argument that Mack was only chattering with Kristian Cruz 'cuz he was lonely. "They are talking about specific quantities of drugs, specific numbers," Warren says. AUSA Warren says the Nine Trey Bloods are or were organized: Cruz took a street beef to the prison line up.  @SDNYLIVE : Sorta like Shotti appealing to the Second Circuit?
OK, they've said it again. Assistant US Attorney Warren just said, "Jim Jones was the one on the call with Mel Murda about violating Daniel Hernandez." #RetiredRapper
AUSA Warren: "Cruz testified that Mack had a gun when he went to Mack's apartment to deliver heroin... I'm going to make one more point, then talk about the law then sit down." Then a break then defense closing arguments.
Defense closings have begun. Mack's lawyer Fasulo reminds the jury what his associate Huot told them in opening: in a college fraternity you are not responsible for what another chapter of the fraternity does. #AnimalHouse
Fasulo reminds that jury that the prosecution made a big point of how organized Nine Trey was, with various "lines" with people at the top. He asks, but what line was Mr Mack in? No line. [Implication: not really a member, or not response for what others did]   Fasulo asks how Mack can be charged with a shooting that was a shooting at... Mack. Mack shoots at himself? That's a conspiracy? Fasulo says that the US calls an agreement was just a conversation, like among people living in a condo or co-op.  Fasulo tells the jury to pay attention to audio and video he's about to play for them.   Then it doesn't work. He says, you can ask for it in the jury room.
Now Fasulo, after citing as everyone else has the Mister Met selfie with #6ix9ine, says "we've talked about trolling, how Mr Hernandez admitted he likes to get under people's skin, posting videos, getting attention"
Now Fasulo attacking Count 7, which he asked unsuccessfully to have dismissed. "The gun. Who links Mr. Mack to a gun? Only Kristian Cruz. That's it. Cruz."
Ask Fasulo talks about RICO enterprise, an associate tried to leave him a note on the lectern. He doesn't not pick it up. So the associates comes forward and hands it to him.
Fasulo says while Kristian Cruz says "jack" means robbery, another said it means "approve," as you "you can't jack that" denoted "you can't approve that."
Fasulo continues questioning the "coded language" - does food always mean heroin?  Does "a buck fifty" mean a slashing or 150 grams of heroin? He urges the jury to question all coded language Fasulo tells jury it is entirely up to the government whether to give out the 5K1 "golden letter," says it's a big incentive to perform for the government, even to lie.
Fasulo tells the jury that #6ix9ine "is a master at reading an audience... But what does he really know about Mister Mack? He heard that Mack did nothing. He didn't see it. He doesn't know."
Fasulo turns to cooperator Kristian Cruz, says he pled guilty to paying a witness, obstruction of justice, asks How can you believe him?  Hasn't laid a glove on Jorge Rivera, though : )
Fasulo still hammer at Kristian Cruz: he used his mother's house (and account) for drugs... he boosts his profits by mixing heroin with deadly fentanyl...
Fasulo turns to Kristian Cruz and "law enforcement" - Cruz bragged he got a cop to work for his drug enterprise. He set up a robbery committed by people impersonating police officers. Once in prison he used a cell phone - contraband
Fasulo is done. Judge Engelmayer says Mr Smallman is checking if jurors' lunch has been delivered. Remaining: Cannick for Harv Ellison, government rebuttal. Then Judge Engelmayer's jury charge...
Judge Engelmayer gives the jury a break until 1:20 pm for Cannick's closing argument for Harv Ellison. Should be interesting. This threat will resume at that time. Warning: from now until then, a thread about questions put in today to corrupt UN we're banned from
Ellison's defense lawyer Deveraux Cannick has started up by telling the jury to closely review #6ix9ine's testimony, says he was prepared for hours and hours by the government and still there are holes in his story.
Cannick emphasizes that #6ix9ine said he only made one call, a Facetime to his daughter. Turns to Cruz claiming he's worthy of your belief. "Ladies and gentlemen, I don't buy it."  Cannick is saying sometimes the government should tear up the 5K1 letter, but doesn't. Here's Inner City Press on a cooperator who after the deal smuggled drugs into private prison and sold them. Judge Gardephe was outraged, gave 4 years
Government objects to Cannick saying a Kristian Cruz call was in the last six weeks. Judge Engelmayer doesn't rule, tells jury that their recollection will control. Cannick going back and forth between references to #6ix9ine and Cruz
Cannick: Cruz has no familiarity with Harv. He said, "Harv is not a thief" only in order to prime the pump and get Mel Murda to talk. But where did Mel Murda get his info from? Shotti. But #6ix9ine said "Shotti is a liar. Shotti is a fraud."
Cannick asks why the government didn't take at face value their witness #6ix9ine's view that Shotti was a liar.   Says of course Mel Murda told Cruz whatever he wanted- he needed Cruz' drugs and money. More here.
Reference was made to the Black Disciples. Many are wondering: where will 6ix9ine go after this?

From Cameroon UN Guterres Credibility Questioned By Kamto In Letter To Inner City Press

By Matthew Russell Lee, CJR PFT NYP
UN GATE, Sept 25 – From a prison in Yaounde in Cameroon, on September 25 Inner City Press received an open letter to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres from CRM leader Maurice Kamto who though his intermediary in the US asked that Inner City Press, banned from the UN by Guterres, publish its contents. We immediately do, retyping from PDF and prepared to ask Guterres and his spokespeople Stephane Dujarric and Melissa Fleming about it in writing:
"Dear Mr. Secretary General, We are very skeptical about your role as an honest broker and neutral facilitator in the resolution of Cameroon's multiform crisis, as would be expected from the UN Secretary General. Our appreciation is based on the following observations: Soon after the presidential election, we wrote to you to warn of the chaotic situation in which Cameroon has been locked up for 37 years, due to a biased and unreliable electoral system....
We notably pointed out the rigging of this election and other resulting crises our country is confronting, epitomized by the Anglophone Norht-West and South-West (NOSO) regions' conflict and related humanitarian drama...
No concrete actions from the UN Secretariat were noticed afterwards. To the same extent, whereas, the recent visit to Cameroon of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mrs Michelle Bachelet, was very disappointed by its poor achievement: an audience with Mr. BIYA, her decoration and a short meeting with some political activists. No field visit to the NOSO afflicted regions and no meeting with the political prisoners.
Mr BIYA unwillingly undertook the Geneva dialogue initiative. Following its announcement, we were surprised by your prompt endorsement of a process that was bound to fail, as this unilateral approach underlined by a divisive rationale is far from the required broad-based, consensual process and undercuts its credibility... your prompt rush to applaud this initiative without ensuring of the fulfillment of the key conditions for its success.
In consequence, the credibility of the UN Secretary General is questioned. Truly yours, Mauice Kamto Christian Penda Ekoka Political prisoners, Yaounde, Cameroon, 24 September 2019."  We'll have more on this.
After Paul Biya who has ruled Cameroon for 37 years on January 28 had his opponent Maurice Kamto arrested, Inner City Press again asked UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and his spokesmen for their comment and action, if any. This came after Guterres had Inner City Press roughed up on 3 July 2018 after it interviewed Biya's Ambassador about the two men's Budget Committee deals and banned from the UN since - Guterres even tried to get Inner City Press banned from the Park East Synagogue, here, which was denied / dodged by his French spokesman Stephane Dujarric, who put up then took down a podcast in which he brags about his "mutually assured destruction" relationship with journalists, here.
On September 18 and again on September 23 Inner City Press submitted to Guterres, Stephane Dujarric and Melissa Fleming, among others, questions about Guterres' and the UN's failures on Cameroon, see below. None were answered; Guterres has banned Inner City Press from the UN for 448 days amid these questions. But there's a protest at the UN gate, and others in Nigeria and Canada. And Guterres has no comments on these.
Inner City Press as of September 25 is being banned by Guterres and Melissa Fleming from covering the UN General Assembly, presided over by Nigeria's ambassador Tijjani Muhammed-Bande. We'll have more on this.
Inner City Press live tweeted the shameful May UNSC session and uploaded Guterres' envoy Francois Fall's failing statement here.
