Man Who Called FBI 14000 Times In a Year With Threats Got Time Served Now Competency Test by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack SDNY COURTHOUSE, Aug 11 – Randys Ruiz called the FBI over 14,000 times, often making death threats,  between January 2022 and January 2023, when he was arrested and detained.   On October 25, 2023 he was before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker to plead guilty to a misdemeanor. His Federal Defender asked for an expedited sentencing, with an Exhibit B that was entirely redacted. That was granted, and Ruiz was sentenced to time served. That case was US v. Ruiz, 23-cr-547 (Parker) Then in 2024, another complain: Ruiz called the FBI with threats, in NY, KC, TX, NM UT, NE AL and MA. This docket describes him a psychotic. A competency evaluation was sealed. On August 11 Magistrate Judge Jennifer E. Willis set a competency hearing for August 21 at 11 in 40 Foley. This case is USA v.
