SDNY COURTHOUSE, Aug 3 รข€“ About a man from Kosovo in ICE detention a habeas corpus petition was filed on August 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where Inner City Press found it.

The lawyer on the petition acknowledged that "the Undersigned was informed by the Petitioner's spouse that he would be moved imminently... The Undersigned has not been able to to obtain any more information."

The petition was  assigned to Judge John P. Cronan. He denied the requested TRO, noting that both sides must be heard. He asked for a response by August 17.
