100 CENTRE STREET, April
27 -- Harvey Weinstein was in
his wheelchair, this time with Marc Agnifilo, Teny Geragos
and Jacob Kaplan as his lawyers, as opening arguments
began before NYS Justice Curtis Farber on April 21. Inner
City Press was there and live tweeted. So too on April 27
--
there was a former head
of security at the Doubletree Hotel, Hector Castillo, who
was asked repeatedly by the ADA about the computer wipe /
switch in 2014.
Then, after a fight about the admissibility of Weinstein's anatomy or Jessica Mann's view of scarring, Ms. Mann took the stand. It began with tales of Assemblies of God, abuse, and why one might not report - seemingly more appropriate for a rebuttal case. How are the jurors taking this in?
