100 CENTRE ST, Feb 19 รข€“ A man charged with robbery and with assault on a non-participant during a felony was brought, hand-cuffed and with black gloves placed on his hands, before NYS Justice Felicia Mennin on February 19. Inner City Press was there.

The man has used two separate names - one in the 5th precinct, another (seemingly misspelled, Mejas for Mejia) in the 14th. His appointed defense lawyer asked for time to complete a mitigation package aiming for an updated recommendation based on "sensitive collateral consequences."

Justice Mennin granted the extra time, to March 19.
