All rise! Judge Kaplan (to the lawyers) Juror 37 Mr. Hammer had had a medical issues. And Ms Goldman, I don't remember her number, called my staff and expressed serious concern... Seat 10: Sean Zimmer, 59 - says he has travel plans. Judge Kaplan sighs, says, We'll come back to you. Continued: Man, investor. Next: Ella Cohen, divorced, new partner works at NYU. Then Andrew, 32, Cornell, computer music, worked at Google for 8 years.
