SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 31 – PNC Bank has sued to take by foreclosure a property in Manhattan at 111 East 19th Street, NY NY 10003.

On October 31, 2022, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Valerie Figueredo held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

PNC cited various forbearance agreements but said they have expired.

Judge Figueredo extended the defendants' time to respond to the complaint to November 28, and set a conference for January 3, 2023, kicking off the new year.

The case is PNC Bank, National Association v. Optimity Advisors, LLC et al., 22-cv-7011 (Woods / Figueredo)
