SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 28 – Joseph Pagan sued C.I. Lobster Corp. for failure to pay minimum wage and overtime.
On December 21, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Stewart D. Aaron held a discovery proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
The two sides' lawyer sniped at each other, one calling the other intellectually dishonest.
Judge Aaron ordered the defense to provide the requested documents by September under threat of sanctions.
He advised both sides to cooperate and "stop throwing grenades."
The case is Pagan v. C.I. Lobster Corp. et al., 20-cv-7349 (Carter / Aaron)
