SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 4 – Mark Oppenheimer sued Marlin Hawk Holdings for allegedly robbing him of 10,000 shares of company stock. The defendant said this is all a matter of UK and not US law.

On October 4 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The defendant wants to file a motion, including opposing Oppenheimer's choice of New York as forum.

But Judge Koeltl expressed some doubts, of things that should have been disclosed on timing. He referred the case to the assigned Magistrate Stewart D. Aaron.

It is Oppenheimer v. Marlin Hawk Holdings Limited et al., 21-cv-7655 (Koeltl)
